Herman Hills Sugar Bush is a family owned and operated maple syrup and maple sugar producer located among the pristine peaks of the Huron Mountain Range. Here, the hillsides are steep and the rivers run cold. The sap that flows through our trees is truly superior- created from the same water that feeds beautiful Lake Superior. Our family works with and cares for the land all year round in preparation for the Spring thaw when we tap our ever-expanding sugar bush, collect the icy sap, and boil it down into rich, delicious maple syrup. We love what we do and what we create- we know you will too!
